Emotional well-being is the “confidence and resilience in coping with life’s stresses and challenges.” Similar to physical well-being, emotional well-being is not the absence of illness and if you do experience difficulties you can still have emotional wellness.

The program offers confidential support, resources, and services for your physical, emotional, social and financial well-being, any time, 24/7. LifeWorks also has a range of online toolkits to support you and your families. Whether you want to learn how to practice mindfulness, cope better with change, improve your sleep, or you’re considering positive lifestyle changes or dealing with challenges, LifeWorks’ online toolkits are helpful and easily accessible. Toolkits are available in the Quick Links section under the Support and Resources tab on the LifeWorks website. A few toolkits are highlighted below:
To register your account:
• Visit http://login.lifeworks.com/signup or download the app from the App Store or Google Play (search for ‘LifeWorks’) then click ‘Sign up.’
• Your invitation code is ‘sna-‘ followed by your Serco employee ID number (e.g.sna-80099999).
• Visit https://login.lifeworks.com/ and log in using your email address and password set up during the registration process.
CIGNA'S CLIMB PROGRAM
Cigna offers free guided meditations in both Spanish and English. In these guided sessions you can learn the basics of mindful breathing and how to calm your mind. You do not need to be enrolled in any Cigna coverage to take advantage of the meditations. They are open to the public.
